Did his Father report to the US Embassy in Nigeria that his son had turned toward "radical Islamist views ? Did the Would-Be Bomber purchase a ONE-WAY ticket with CASH and have NO CHECKED BAGGAGE ? Did he not go thru security at Amsterdam because he was an International Connecting passenger and wasn't required to by US approved airport security ? Did he board a US Flag carrier without a Passport, which is required by US Law ? Does Hillary Clinton STILL have a job as Secretary of State ? Does Janet Napolitano STILL have a job as Secretary of Homeland Security ? The Unfortunate Answer to all of these questions is YES !!!

Do you suppose U S Atty General Eric Holder has ANY CLUE that HE does NOT have the authority to order the transfer of ANYONE held at Gitmo or any other Military Facility to Civilian hands ??? That Authority rests only with the President. Wonder if Barry will sign that order and take responsibility for Holder's "autonomous" and ill-informed decision ? Since when is it OK to give terrorists the protections of the US Constitution and the Criminal Court system rather than try them in the Military Tribunal system as "ILLEGAL COMBATANTS" as approved by the Supreme Court ??
